School improvement begins with a committed principal and staff (1) who know what kind of Christian school they want and (2) who are determined to produce a product that honors the school's mission and vision.
Tip 1

School improvement should be data-driven, not opinion-driven. Do your research! Find out what areas need improvement in your school. What topics do your teachers want addressed during inservice? What do your students and their parents say about your shcool? This information will help you focus your development sessions to get the best results.

Tip 2

Christian schools should reject mediocrity, striving always to improve student achievement, to improve teacher effectiveness, and to advance organizational efficiency.
